1. Introduction
   • Welcome to LUMINWEB. These terms and conditions govern your use of LUMINWEB’s hosting services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms in full.
2. Service Agreement
   • Upon registering for our hosting services, you enter into a binding contract with LUMINWEB, effective from the date of your electronic submission of order.
3. Amendments
   • LUMINWEB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you 30 days in advance of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Service Provision
   • We aim to provide a 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Any planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
5. Account & Security
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any unauthorized access or security breaches must be reported immediately.
6. Content Responsibility
   • You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account. We strictly prohibit hosting of illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
7. Domain Registration & Management
   • Domain registration is subject to availability. While we facilitate domain registration, clients are responsible for renewing their domains.
8. Backups
   • We offer regular backups, but clients are advised to maintain their own for added security.
9. Payments & Renewals
   • Bills must be settled promptly. Service may be suspended for overdue accounts. We will attempt auto-renewals, but clients should ensure their services are renewed.
10. Service Suspension & Termination
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breaches of these terms or activities that compromise our servers or other clients.
11. Limitation of Liability
    • LUMINWEB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or data loss from the use or inability to use our services.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
    • Clients can cancel their services at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, available on our website.
13. Acceptable Use Policy
    • Clients must use our services responsibly and ensure they do not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.
14. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
15. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
