- Exclusions: Certain services, such as domain registration, SSL certificates, and third-party add-ons, are non-refundable.

- Procedure: To cancel your service and request a refund, please submit a support ticket.
4. Violation of Terms
- No Refund: If your service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Payment Method
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as account credit, per your preference.
6. Processing Time
- Duration: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
9. Chargebacks
- Policy: Initiating a chargeback claim against LuminWeb without first following our refund procedure may result in the suspension of your services.
